Punctual, friendly, flexible to accommodate times and they completed the work to a high standard with no mess left behind. The most outstanding part is that once the job was complete, it started raining after a couple of hours and the team spontaneously contacted me urgently to offer to come back and cover the work with tarpaulin to protect it.
